Don’t forget we specialise in rust repairs 👨‍🏭This t4 was a recent job we took on and needed a substantial amount of welding we fabricated all panels in house other than the wings and scuttle pannel as it was more cost effective to buy them. The customer wanted the drivers side sliding door runner recess removed as it was only a single slider so I fabricated a pannel to follow the factory swaige line which transformed the side of the van! we then gave it a fresh paint job in tornado red which finished it of perfectly 🤙

Swirl flap actuator had failed on the A5 due to carbon build up inside the intake manifold causing the flaps to get stuck.
Replacement actuator and a good clean up and it's running like new again.
