The Bambino Academy was in full swing this Tuesday, with our youngest drivers working hard on finding their racing lines, identifying braking points, and building the foundations of racecraft.
People often ask us why we run Bambino classes when many venues see them as a waste of time or not financially worthwhile due to the strict regulations and guidelines involved.
The answer is simple: champions start young.
The earlier a child is introduced to karting, the earlier they can develop the skills, confidence, discipline, and passion needed to excel in motorsport. At this age, children absorb information like sponges. They learn hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, concentration, decision-making, and how to remain calm under pressure — all skills that benefit them both on and off the track.
Karting also teaches patience, respect, resilience, and the importance of hard work. Every lap completed, every corner mastered, and every challenge overcome helps build confidence and character.
Today’s Bambino drivers are tomorrow’s champions, and we are incredibly proud to play a part in their journey from the very beginning. 🏁❤️
