We unfortunately feel the need to justify our pricing as there has been some disrespectful comments left on our most recent post
This is what Haven charges for an accommodation ONLY stay in a gold caravan, our van is brand new its a 2025 release which we have put better quality sofas in and have made the outside area more appealing our van is cleaned by an external company not by the haven cleaners which obviously comes at a higher cost to ourselves
We remain cheaper than haven and when taken into account ground rent (on a sea view pitch!) , utilities (including the free WiFi we provide), the money we have invested into the caravan and its surroundings, cleaners and maintenance
So please be kind this is a family business who tries to provide the cheapest deals we can while still meeting our overheads
