Nothing like a bit of peer pressure to add to test day nerves but Florrie kept calm, and delivered a lovely drive in busy Preston traffic today; resulting in a 1st time pass. So it’s 3/3 for the local RATS drivers and I have thoroughly enjoyed teaching these 3 young people to be safe drivers of the future. Thank you all for choosing me as your instructor and enjoy the freedom that full licence brings.

Another day and another 1st time pass with just one driver fault. Congratulations to Zane on passing his practical driving test in Preston this afternoon in the manual VW Polo. A huge congratulations to Beth Gaskell on passing her practical driving test at Preston Test Centre this afternoon in the VW Polo — with just ONE driver fault! 👏🚗

What a fantastic result, and that makes it 2 back-to-back test passes for Ribble Valley Driving today! 🥳

Beth, you’ve worked so hard for this and can now enjoy the freedom of driving your lovely car independently. 🚗🪪✅

Eleanor is definitely smiling behind the emoji after passing her test 1st time this afternoon. She even managed to complete her parallel park with a small adjustment despite the stress this was causing her only a week ago! Well done on today’s result - all those hours practising parking and “avoiding” pedestrians were clearly worthwhile🤣 enjoy hunting for your new wheels.

So it’s been a busy week for the automatic mini at the local test centres this week and “crazy chicken lady” Emma didn’t disappoint either. She nailed a 1st time pass making it 3/3 successful tests for instructor Trudi Boyce. Thanks to Emma’s support team/partner Jason for putting in the extra hours of parking practise - worth it to see Emma execute her bay park perfectly in 1 sweep😊 look forward to seeing you soon for that motorway lesson Emma.

2 test centres and 2 x 1st time passes for Esme & Alex today. Slightly stressful start to the day with a rogue tyre sensor playing up but thanks to Bee Mill for sorting it swiftly so these girls could take their tests and demonstrate their safe driving skills to the examiners. Congratulations to both of you and I look forward to seeing you out and about in your cars.
