🚫 NO FIRES OR BBQS AT LAKE VYRNWY 🚫

The dry weather means the fallen trees and woodlands are a tinderbox. One tiny spark from a disposable barbecue or campfire can trigger an unstoppable, catastrophic wildfire in minutes.

🏃🏽‍♀️🔥It moves instantly: Think you can outrun it? You can’t. Wildfires spread at terrifying speeds.
🦔🦉It leaves nothing behind: Entire wildlife habitats are wiped out in minutes.
🚒🏡 It costs lives: Local residents live here on the land, and our emergency crews have to put themselves in harm’s way to stop it.

Help us keep our residents, emergency crews, fellow visitors, and local wildlife safe. Grab a picnic, ditch the BBQ, and let’s protect this beautiful place together. 🙏🌳
