Unfortunately, Ian has had to retire from the Mewla Rally. After 9 years out of the car, he was slowly getting to grips with being back out in a competitive rally before gearbox problems have forced us to retire. We hope that he manages to get the gearbox rebuilt as soon as possible and gets back out and in the car again soon!

This weekend Ian Caddy will be competing in the Get Connected Mewla Rally on the Epynt Ranges. Alongside a new navigator this time around, it will be 9 years this weekend since his massive accident on the Burma road and this will be his first competitive rally back in the saddle. If you’re going up to spectate, marshall or even competing yourself, please wish him the best of luck to bring the car home in one piece!
