First time pass for Phoebe on a rainy Sunday morning in Currie 👏🏻😁

Started with a specific goal date so she could use her license travelling, and beat it with time to spare! 😮‍💨

Always turning up to lesson with something in mind to work on and put in the effort at home too, plus lots of fun on the way. Can’t ask for more than that! 🥳

HUGE congratulations Joe for passing in Peebles this afternoon! 🥳Very happy for you mate, full credit to you smashing it...

Learning to drive? Make sure you know how to navigate rural roads. 🌳🚗

Last year we made some minor changes to the driving test to make it more reflective of the everyday conditions motorists face.

This means you may spend more time on higher speed, higher risk roads — such as rural roads — while on your driving test, where location allows.

If you're a learner, make sure you practise driving on a variety of roads, not just town centres and dual carriageways. If you're supervising a learner, it's worth brushing up on your knowledge and skills too.

These roads present real challenges that need to be learned, not just guessed at. ✅

The Highway Code is a good place to start: https://ow.ly/7W9P50ZuC68
