Well..me and Martin put our heart and soul into this nostalgia funny car but time beat us ..Martin heath isn't good now although he us improving which is great ..
Martin will listen to offers on the car in the 45 k area ....

Car is new ..
Pelligrini style body .. vega .....jungle Jim sytylie...
11inch top loader rearend ..just overhaul at Geoff hauser...
New rear tyres .....
500 cu inch billet tfx engine ..engine internals overlap with big show stuff so runa field has lots of spares ...no problem buying engine bits ..and it's not as dear as you think..
3 plate crower clutch with new Ali hat..pressure plate
40 per cent lenco ...excellent condition
Billet blower 6.71 ...that's the rules
Mag nesium bird catcher
All steering is new p.and s
Cragar spindle mount fron t wheels ..rare they were 1200 dollars. But are correct ..
Semi dry sump with pleuger oil pump
The list goes on and on ...

In the video of it running we had lay back headers on it and it sent all the noise backwards. So we changed then to normal ones as we couldn't hear it properly ..believe me if you was in that tent you heard it ....

Car is set up for 80 per cent which is enough to run 6.4s I reckon .....that was our aim ..

I don't know if you realise but once you have licensed then you get run money of 500 pounds a run ...which pays for the fuel ...as long as you stage and attempt to do a run ..thus may make a difference to some one considering this ..

I would definitely help you with the car and teach you enough to get sown the track ..you may have your own guy .which is great but the offer is there

Another think to think about is that 2 or 3 people together makes this a cheaper car .....

If you built a pro mod you would need 250.000 pounds

Makes you realise how affordable this car is ..

Over the last few months I've helped matt put the roller back together ..probably for next year now ..
The engine is a 711 pontiac pro stock headed dry sump affair ......all very trick ...
The roller has been in storage for about 8 years back then it ran ..7.92. 7.7 and 7.7

We had to hunt high and low to find every nut and bolt and engine part in his very busy workshop for the engine but got there in the end

Couple of months ago paul Marston asked me to build a wing for his grumpy car ..the mph was going up to about 160 and was a bit skittish ..video showed the car not planted at the top end ...driving on top of the track if you like so we built a tradition rear tea tray spoiler to cancel that out ..it worked and grumpy ..with paul in it ..is stable again

Built a rear bumper for my pals 56 Ford F100....
Made it out of bits and bobs ..looks OK and now on to the front bumper

No irons on it yet so it. Not sitting in the exact place but it will work

Just found these pics ...Andy Thetford Camero having everything fitted induction wise and engine ..I remember Andy wired the car .....this was deepest covid Times which affected Andy badly as he specialised in airport runs..so he spent months with us as we put it together ..no doubt its had a lot of changes and appears to run 7.5s .....Nice

Simple way of lining the tubes so they are 90 degrees to the casing..when the bearing ends go on it will be the same but a different set of metal polo's...tee Roy's rear axle for his xjc
