The all-electric CX-6e joins the brilliant Mazda range in two beautifully specified grades: Takumi from £42,990 and Takumi Plus from £45,350.

Highlights include a huge 26.45-inch touchscreen that splits so the front passenger can browse apps independently, gesture control and rear-wheel drive for a more engaging drive than most electric SUVs. A 78kWh battery offers up to 300 miles of range, with quick charging.

The Mazda CX-60 has just received a facelift that brings a host of new safety features, interior trim and infotainment upgrades, exterior changes and a new sleek colour: Polymetal Grey (available across all trim levels).

New safety features include Driver Emergency Assist (DEA) that works with Driver Monitoring to detect sudden medical emergencies and safely bring the car to a stop.
A new premium tan interior option is available on the Homura Plus trim that features quilted Nappa leather seats, a two-tone leather steering wheel and a suede-look dashboard. Noise insulating glass has been fitted to the front doors of all trim levels for an even quieter drive.

The infotainment system is easier to use than ever as Amazon Alexa voice recognition is now available for navigation, entertainment and other connected features.

Zinc Green Metallic is coming to the MX-5. Revealed earlier this year, the new colour is inspired by industrial zinc chromate primer, it looks dark and solid in low light, then picks up a refined metallic sheen in the sun. Details on UK timing to be announced later this year.
