Easter Hours🐰🐣

Just a reminder that our call centre will still be open throughout the easter break , bank holiday charges will apply on the 18th April & 21st April. Scottish bank holiday will only include 18th April.

The administration department will be closed from Thursday 27th April at 17:00 and will reopen Tuesday 22nd April 9am. Any urgent queries please call the call centre on 01837658165.

Update ; We are now fully swapped over and functioning as normal ! Thank you again for your patience in this matter 😊

As per our bulk mail that went out yesterday to all our members , we are completing the final phase of our transition to the new phone system.

Good Afternoon !!

We have been aware of some recent issues with our phone system that have affected the call quality. As a result we have now upgraded our phone system ! This is to ensure a more reliable service for our members and their customers.

When you receive a call from us it may come up as a different number than what you are used to but please do not be concerned it is only a temporary measure. When calling us it is still the same numbers as normal so don't worry.

We appreciate your patience and continued support during the transition. Please let us know if you have any questions , we are always here to help 🤩😊

Charity Walk for their heart hero !

Our amazing Admin Manager Sam, her Husband & Local fire fighters did a grueling 110 mile Charity walk from Bristol Children's Hospital to Okehampton Fire Station. This has been split between three amazing charities; Ronald McDonald House Bristol,Wallace & Gromit's Grand Appeal and The Fire Fighters Charity who all supported them through their son's treatment for a rare heart condition. Their target was £5,000 which they absolutely smashed and managed to raise a total of £14,054.75 !!!

What an amazing achievement !!! 🏅😲🤩

Christmas Opening Hours 🎅🎄

Admin will close on Tuesday 24th December and will reopen Thursday 2nd January 2025. The Call Centre will be open 24/7 throughout the Christmas and new year period.
Our Interactive system will still be available to use throughout the Christmas period for your convenience!

No matter the weather, ITDN will always be there to help you!
Our employee’s set off early today on foot, to ensure we are on the end of the phone ready for our members and their customers.
One of our night staff was unable to get home by car due to the snow, so she was chauffeured via quad bike by her husband to make sure she got home safely ! The efforts we go to , to ensure a good customer service is endless.
