Job Title: Trainee Windscreen Technician

Location: Nuneaton and surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Dependant on experience and driving licence

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Trainee Windscreen Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a hands-on career in the automotive repair industry. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is required.

You will work alongside experienced technicians to learn how to repair and replace vehicle windscreens and other automotive glass to a high professional standard.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the repair and replacement of vehicle windscreens and glass
• Learn safe removal and installation techniques
• Prepare vehicles and work areas before installation
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
• Provide excellent customer service on-site and at customer locations
• Follow all health and safety procedures
• Complete basic job reports and documentation

What We’re Looking For
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good practical skills and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence (preferred or required depending on role)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual
