Holger Christiansen (1927-2000) laid the foundation for the HC-CARGO success story in 1963. The company’s headquarters was - and still is - located in the city of Esbjerg, Denmark. HC-CARGO faces market changes and technical developments with a forward focused and customer-orientated spirit, which is the driving force behind HC-CARGO employees. For more than 50 years, customers have come to appreciate not only the high quality of HC-CARGO products, but also the excellent service and strong partnership they have with us. HC-CARGO starters, alternators, A/C compressors and auto electrical spare parts and accessories, are a firmly established feature in the independent automotive aftermarket. The Bosch Company acquired Holger Christiansen A/S in 2008. HC-CARGO has been a Bosch Group brand since then.
