The DWL Collective isn’t just a name — it’s a little driving rebellion, built by me (Lisa, but everyone calls me Lilu) and a crew

of learners who were never here for conveyor-belt driving school nonsense. Whether you’re a total natural, a nervous wreck, or your brain works a bit differently (ADHD, anxiety, quirky as hell — welcome aboard), every lesson is shaped around you. Awkward moments get normalised, confidence gets built properly, and every win — big or small — gets celebrated. I’m passionate about what I do, and I’ll push you when you need it — especially on the days you’re doubting yourself. I don’t clock in and drift through lessons; we check in, talk honestly about progress, and make sure every hour behind the wheel genuinely counts. FIRST TIME PASS FOR JACK! 🎉🚗
Massive congratulations to Jack, who passed his driving test FIRST TIME today with just 4 driving faults! 👏

Jack has worked incredibly hard, particularly on his awareness, planning and making confident decisions independently. He’s always had lovely smooth car control, but over the last few months we’ve really focused on getting him to look further ahead, anticipate what’s happening around him and trust his own judgement.
And today, when it really mattered, he pulled it all together. 💪

A huge thank you as well to Jack’s mum for all her support and encouragement throughout his lessons. It was so lovely seeing how proud and genuinely delighted she was when we got home today. ❤️

Jack, you should be really proud of yourself. All that hard work paid off.

Now go and enjoy that freedom... and keep those observations going because I know your mum is going to be checking! 😂
