This is a full-time on-site role located in Morecambe for an Administration and Accounts Assistant. The candidate will be responsible for invoicing, banking, general administration and keeping up with the various tasks required to keep our businesses running smoothly.
A problem-solving attitude is essential and flexibility and adaptability are also required to keep up with our varied workplace. No day will ever look the same in this role, so if you are looking for something with variety, this is certainly the position for you.
The candidate will be working as part of a small in-house team including the Operations Manager and the Sales and Marketing Manager, which means they will be taking responsibility for their own work and communication with owners, sites and vendors. We are looking for someone who is fast at keeping up with tasks, accurate with their work, excellent at multitasking and reliable.
Experience in accounts is essential, as there will be a lot of this type of work as part of your role.

Qualifications

๐ธ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Driving licence is not essential but ideal
