Peugeot 3008 come in with a snapped rear exhaust hanger & a snapped exhaust pipe at the rear silencer.

Instead of replacing the complete system for a large sum of money, we made up a sleeve to join the pipe back together & made a new, more sturdy hanger to prevent this happening again!

Another cabstar update 🚛

With me having limited time yesterday evening due to family duties, Bradley Harrison done me a solid turn and continued at the workshop until the drivers side was completely welded up 🤝🫡

Just the underside cab rails to do, and weld some supports in underneath for the seat bases then we can stone chip, underseal the floor then raptor the rear of the cab and send it on its way 🥳

Another truck saved from the old tin worm 💪

Little vauxhall viva 1.0 in for diagnosis of a very loud whining coming from the aux belt area. We found a worn alternator bearing to be the issue and upon further diagnostics the alternator wasn't performing very well either.

Replacement alternator fitted along with a full service and it's good to go 🤝
