Decided to get my spare parts powder coated ready to swap onto the Clio Williams. The photos don't do them justice, the silver looks amazing and almost factory. Just need to get time to swap them over and get a few more bits painted and cleaned in the engine bay to bring it up to the level of the exterior!

Onto the inside of the Renault Extra (Express) van! Now all the welding been done, the front end of the underside is pretty much complete, its now time to get the inside done. Any welding has been seam sealed, the whole floor rust treated, etch primer, then body coloured. After that, some sound proofing. There was never any before, but decided it needed it as this van is SUPER tinny!! Next up, refit the inside, finish off the last bits underneath and we are nearly there....

Base model Mk1 Clio at its finest. Very early Mk1 Clio RN, so early in fact, that it has the extremely rare 1.1 carb engine! No bump strips or even holes where they mount, no central air vents, nothing. As basic as it can possibly get. Always love seeing more older cars on the road when out mainland Europe.

Absolutely brilliant Evening at with over the weekend. This is by far the best car show around. Super chilled vibes, great location, awesome atmosphere and great friends. Hopefully it's back for the 4th tume next year!

Brilliant Evening Track Session yesterday at with and Lewis with
The Alfa was flying with Coops behind the wheel and didn't the brakes and tyres know about it! Smokin'! Great to catch up also with some of the Renault lot too which i haven't seen for a while! Great fun, good times!

Thanks to for these amazing period correct Renault Dealer style plates for the Extra/Express Van. Being originally a French import back in 2001, there was no original UK Renault supplying dealer, so I went with the next best thing and had Renault Dealer style plates made without a dealership on and also in the classic Serek font which was used alot by Renault dealers in the 80s and early 90s.
