Customer with the Ford Focus in Durham, he had a “EGR stuck closed” fault, after a day of driving this was the message I received.

Carbon cleaning isn’t designed for curing problems more for preventive measures however when it comes to EGR problems we insist on a clean regardless as if it doesn’t help the EGR issue least you know your not putting a new valve onto a dirty system.

Customer stating how it feels much better to drive. This was a vehicle with not a lot of miles on the clock either.
