Finally found someone who can actually sort these trucks out 🚛
I’m sick of getting messed about… no one wants to touch them.

The Iveco 72C setup ain’t your normal van — it’s basically a mini truck 😅
Half these garages can’t even get them in the unit never mind fix them 🤦‍♂️

But we’ve landed somewhere solid now… been recommended a few times so we’ve took the trucks down to Rye Motors
That’s the new spot for TCR going forward 🤝

Last 4 weeks though… madness 😮‍💨
Long days, no sleep, stress through the roof…
All just to keep the trucks moving.

No one sees this side of it… they just see the finished job 👀

Running a business ain’t all money and wins…
Sometimes it’s just problem after problem after problem 😂

You start with nothing, people overlook you… you start building something, now everyone’s watching 👀 Funny how that works.

Some people only want the easy version of you… no pressure, no graft, no patience. They want the end result but don’t wanna stand there while you’re putting the work in day after day.

I’ve learnt this the hard way—when you’re down they’ll doubt you, when you’re up they’ll question you. Same people, different energy.

And me? I’ve always kept it fair. I’ve given 50/50 of what anyone’s earned… and I still ask myself, is that not fair? If anything, I think that’s too much. But the truth is… some people are never happy.

I provide the tools, the opportunities, the platform. But like the saying goes—you can take a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink.

No one’s ever handed me an olive branch. I come from nothing… broken home, made mistakes, took wrong turns… done things I’m not proud of.

But one thing I’ll stand on—I’ve always been 100 with my people. That’s just who I am.

If you’ve been solid from day one, you’re eating too 🍽️ Loyalty gets looked after every time.

So keep your circle tight. Same mindset, same hunger, same vision. Not everyone deserves a seat at your table.

Build anyway. Stay focused. Let the results do the talking.

Picked this one up from the lads at TT Mechanica today — big respect to Tom & Bif for actually sorting the car when nobody else would.Customer broke down on Handforth Bypass… loud bang, warning lights all over. Got it recovered, diagnosed with a failed turbo bearing. Tried going through the warranty (part of a finance deal) — but of course, it was that classic line: “wear and tear.”Dealer blamed the warranty. Warranty blamed the dealer.No payout. No help. Customer paid out of pocket.Turbo fixed — but it was too late. Got a call from my mate Georgy @ Recovery Breakdown Manchester – lad’s Golf GTI was stuck on a drive in a right awkward spot. Georgy was too busy so passed it my way 🙌 big shout Mr George. I pulled it straight out the garden, loaded it up, and dropped it at VW Oldham. Customer needed a new key… and VW hit him for £800 for ONE key 😳🔑💸. Madness, innit? At least he’s buzzing to be back in his GTI soon, but that’s one mistake you don’t wanna repeat. Lesson here: look after your keys, they’re basically gold dust these days! 💰🚗 Hashtags for reach:
