Even though this 26 Plate Cupra Terramar has the optional Sennheiser Amplified system, bass handling at high volume becomes distorted. Tone the bass down or increase the factory subwoofer output & the factory DSP boosts unwanted mids & highs even with a relatively flat equaliser.

To counter this & to relieve some of the load from the door speakers & 6” factory subwoofer we have integrated this VIBE Audio Pulse 10” subwoofer & powerbox 400.1 neatly placed under the boot floor with hidden cabling.

For now this has massively improved the sound so that the doors can focus solely on midrange to highs. In future we may look to replace the factory amplifier all-together to give us a better DSP once we figure out the best route!

Our Car of the show was this stunning Orange Mustang V8 who took centre stage in our Afterbuzz corner and received his Tegiwa care package.
