Sonderwunsch Porsches are more present than ever In current times but imagine being back 1984 and having enough clout to have your 911 specced as one pleases. Well, although we can’t take you back to the 80s, we can bring you an example of what was curated by one of them very few individuals.

The 3.2 Carrera is an effortlessly cool cat (or pig) which can strut its stuff in most colours but this one is a little more bespoke. Finished in Rolls Royce Exeter Blue (which is believed to be the only Porsche to be finished in this colour) it would take a real aficionado to know this was a non Porsche palette colour.

Inside, most if not all the interior is finished on either Blue leather along with a plethora of Sonderwunsch touches (we would love to know more on the actual details) but what we can tell, the electric recaros, sport steering wheel and walnut veneer dash trims.

Something a little from us. If anything a little celebration for .official before BMW get their hands on Alpina totally. A client popped in to work today to chat about a new potential purchase at . Fair to say a few of us gravitated towards his stunning B5. But not any B5, this is believed to be the last registered B5 in Europe and maybe in production. We didn’t get a chance to talk specs but seeing it was a gentle reminder of what Alpina is, the ultimate Q-Car / IYKYK. And the overall fit and finish was wunderbar. Also note the reg 🛸

We’re going out on a whim here but the 996 Turbo is going to be one of the most appreciating classics over 26 - 27. Working within the Porsche world at we are seeing an influx of enquires for mechanical overhauls / upgrades to bring clients cars bang up to date to be enjoyed. Once the ugly duckling, now the “beautiful” swan.

This 996 Turbo Cab was introduced to us by a previous custodian and we are so glad he reached out. This has he one one of the most bespoke interiors to feature in a 996 from factory (although we think we have already topped this, more on that later).

Starting with the exterior, the timeless Polar Silver presents in great shape as dos the blue hood. The iconic turbo twist wheels are forever going to be a cult classic.

Inside is where things peak interest. Every conceivable part possible has been covered in Provence Blue leather and we mean everything. Just spend a bit of time looking at the images and you’ll keep seeing more and more. But our favorite part has to be the Black Briar trims which add a lovely’s twist to break up the onslaught of pale blue.

The 599 resurgence is upon us.

Ok, the SA Aperta (the subject at hand) and GTO are excluded from this but for circa 90k of your British sterling, you can have yourself a peak Pininfarina designed Ferrari.

So here we have the pinnacle of the 599 bloodline, the SA Aperta. Based on the GTO chassis but softened in styling, the SA Aperta could be one of the most complete Ferraris of the modern era. But you’ll need some deep pockets to get you in to one of these……

This example on offer by the great guys at (checkout their showroom/storage…….) is finished in Blu Pozzi which is accompanied by Bianco Avus accents paired with painted shields. Inside, Rosso leather and Bianco stitching features throughout to make a striking contrast of the exterior. The original custodian opted to change the wheels for the 599 GTO wheels.

Green Over Tan

A phrase that has been used a hell of a lot over the the last few years and to be honest, it has lost our interest. Almost become uncool in a way. We aren’t ones to purvey style advice but the newer the cars get, the less the blend of deep pearly greens over sumptuous tan leathers become appealing.

Take this C7 RS6 currently being offered by . If you put this next to a matching C8 RS6 it just wouldn’t pull it off as well.

Finished in Audi Exclusive Deep Green Pearl paint over Audi Exclusive Cognac Brown Hide, we would take the C7 RS6 over any of the latest performance wagons available.

The spec list also includes black exterior trims, carbon mirrors, carbon ceramics, leather bound carpets, B&O hifi…… the list is endless. Cost new in modern money, £180,000.

The prettiest of modern Ferrari’s by a long shot and again have the most elegant of specs available.

This stunning 296 is finished in Prugna Met. 306/C which presented itself in the early 80s on Testrarossa’s, 308’s and the like. Of course being a delivered car, no shields are present. Other tasteful exterior options include Glossy Brilliant Silver forged wheels which house Alluminio calipers, black exhaust tail pipes and various carbon trims.

Inside, Daytona carbon fibre seats are dressed in Cuoio leather and Beige Chiaro stitching. The usuals can be found throughout the interior also.

Do we want a 296 over all other current Ferraris offerings? Absolutely.

The 992RS is a monstrous thing but a PTS Malachite Green Metallic example? It somehow looks elegantish?? Whatever side of the fence you are on, this example is pretty darn perfect with the Hyper silver wheels and racing yellow accents.

So the curve ball here is, this exact car could cost you as little as 79 pence (GBP). Yes, less than £1. Someone has to win this 992RS on Sunday via the great guys at .car.giveaways and a thanks to for sending the pics and spec over.
