🗣️ “HELP!”

A common issue on the Mk5 Golf GTi, is a sagging roof lining. This means the glue which is used to attach the fabric fails, leaving the fabric to drop/sag.

My customer recently purchased this Golf and the previous owner had done their own kind of “repair”.

The customer opted for a faux suede replacement to add a little style into an already high specification GTi.

Unfortunately it was installed too late in the evening to get any pictures of the new headliner installed but I will be returning to the vehicle for additional work in the very near future, so I’ll grab some pictures when I can.

Another rear end transformation on another Mk4 VW Caddy SWB.

Customer supplied the carpet and adhesive! All sound deadening and insulation had already been installed by the customer.

This time round, I made the trip to the customers location. How’s that for convenience!?

Plans have already been made to return at a later date for some faux suede lining 👌
