R230 SL350 CAN bus chaos ⚡️

This car had multiple modules misbehaving, with the network found running in emergency single-wire mode.

After tracing the fault through the R230 CAN network, we eventually found the culprit at the passenger-side CAN junction… and it wasn’t pretty 🤢

Heavy corrosion had completely eaten away several pins in the distribution block.

✅ Damaged wiring repinned
✅ New connectors installed
✅ Distribution block replaced
✅ CAN network restored

Faults like this take time, patience and proper diagnosis - not just throwing parts at the car.
