It was good to see Fredde Hökåsen at SCC - Gardermoen in his 670HP 2833cc air-cooled turbo'd 1951 Beetle. Unfortunately he was only able to get a few runs in before gearbox issues ended his Weekend. This was his best run, a 9.74 @ 145mph.

His PB is 9.20 at 154mph. Hopefully we will see him again next year...

We recently filmed Mensur in Germany in his RS3, where he ran an 8.83 on a non-prepped track, so he should be in the mix at Drag Elite Europe in the Street Outlaw Class 💪💪

Not only was SCC - Gardermoen a great event, we got to film the Skinne Beetle laying down some amazing times. We also got to hang out in the pits with the team and interview the Wizard himself - Tor Øyvind Skinne, the man behind this amazing machine 😎😎
