It was a weekend of celebrations at this year’s Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show as over 72,738 enthusiasts gathered to share their passion for all things motoring.

We are delighted to announce that our 2026 National Day will be held at Newark Showground, NG24 2NY, on Sunday 5th July 2026.

The event will include both indoor and outdoor space to welcome overnight campers, Local Groups, Members Cars, Visiting Car Clubs, Anniversary Display Cars, Cars of Interest and more.

We will be celebrating the launch anniversary of several RS marques, namely:-

• Mk2 Es**rt RS2000. Launched 1976, 50 years
• Capri RS2800. Launched 1981, 45 years
• Mk4 Es**rt RS Turbo S2. Launched 1986, 40 years
• 3-door Sierra Cosworth. Launched 1986, 40 years
• Mk5 Es**rt RS2000. Launched 1991, 35 year
• Mk3 Focus RS. Launched 2016, 10 years

In delivering National Day at this new venue we have sought input from Local Groups, Members and visitors alike. It’s not too late to help shape the 2026 event.
