Hoping to get a fire in before Christmas which is entirely achievable 👌

Quick video of me hitting the Stays over. So many people do them different ways. Some might say I’m doing it wrong. Done the lot so far cold. And can only manage about 5 an evening.
Just the throat plate, back head and other horn plate left to do.

With Stock Tubes coming in a little oversize I had thought about heating them up and making a tool to go in the fly press.
Then I had another idea. Using burnishing tools in the Cnc lathe.
They were only 0.5 oversize but are now perfect 👌
