WOW-- What a Special Moment on Loch Lomond yesterday!

Yesterday we welcomed members, sponsors, friends and volunteers from Loch Lomond Rescue Boat aboard new The Lomond Lounge to celebrate two very special milestones.

We were proud to present a cheque for £2,365 raised through Freedom Fest 2026 in support of Loch Lomond Rescue Boat and the incredible volunteer crew who work around the clock to keep our loch safe.

The day also marked the official ribbon-cutting ceremony for The Lomond Lounge, Scotland's first floating luxury event waterlodge.

Andy Biddulph, Deputy Coxswain of Loch Lomond Rescue Boat, told us the donation will help fund a new stretcher and additional medical equipment – a massive help to the team as they continue their lifesaving work.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended Freedom Fest, donated prizes, volunteered and supported the event. Every penny raised helps make a difference.

We're incredibly proud to support Loch Lomond Rescue Boat and wish them every success as they continue fundraising for their new rescue base in Balloch.

Thank you to all who joined us yesterday and helped make it such a memorable day.
