Incoming transmission.

A burst concentric slave cylinder, that's todays job.

An unfortunate turn of events for this Kia Optima when the clutch pedal sank straight to the floor, never to return.
Not an uncommon occurence for many a hydraulic clutch system.

We attended this job on an emergency-booking.
The caveat to a concentric slave is that it's internal to the clutch area & we have to remove the gearbox to replace it.
Replacing the rest of the clutch pack whilst we are in here is always recommended & this is exactly what this customer chose to do.
No danger, back on the road by the days end.

Clockwork.

Another stop in en route home for this Ascariblau Audi A4 - The first i've ever seen of this colour; definitely an acquired taste!

This A4 has it's oil changed multiple times a year, not 1 mile over the service threshold.
One of my first ever customers many years ago & i've maintained all of their vehicles since!

A quick oil service coupled with a complete vehicle health check to make sure this german panzer can continue effortlessly on the many thousand miles it covers every year.
All from the comfort of home.

No doubt i'll be back here in the next 6 months to do the same again!

Make more go fast.

Today we had the opportunity to play with the new Alientech KESS V3 kit we recently acquired.
A long standing customer of ours wanted some more oomph out of his pristine Ibis White Audi A4.

A stand alone ECU remap saw some healthy power gains without compromise to the integrity of the engine.

Safe to say he was very happy with his car's brand new personality.

All the newness on this gorgoues white 2014 Audi Q3.

A timing belt & coolant pump to be replaced in-line with manufacturer's specifications.
140kmiles/10 years is the service interval for this lovely 2.0TDI.

I have a strong penchant for surgical precision with these.
Any less & we risk catastrophic engine failure!

Another home call-out for this VW.

A minor advisory on the recent MOT of this V-Dub.
A corrosion of conscience for this VAG lover saw some light repair work across the rear axle of this Golf.
Both rear brake back plates replaced to keep this black beauty in tip-top condition.

We even managed to source OEM parts at a fraction of aftermarket.
Everybody's a winner today.

Some TLC for this dirty swede.

We visited this customer on a home call-out to diagnose a loud knocking noise during cornering.
A short road test with the customer did rapidly confirm a rotational knocking coming from the passenger front wheel area.

A full inspection of the steering, suspension & driveline system showed us the obvious culprit making a lovely mess of his passenger axle area.
It would seem that our CV joint boot is 'no longer preventing the ingress of dirt or debris'.
The CV joint took the hit.

One brand new driveshaft & a lovely clean up job later, this Swedish family hatch is back on the straight-and-narrow.

& this customer didn't even need to take time out of work.
Result!
