The start of the installation for a STD SpaceSaver booth with LED lighting, for our customer Midnight Garage in Rotherham,
The Spacesaver spray booth does exactly what it says in the title. It saves you space by being able to fit into the corner of your garage. It does this because it has the extraction area built within the rear of the booth and has roof mounted plant. We have 3 height options the standard with an internal height of 2.4m, the Xtra with the internal height of 2.7m, LCV with an internal height of 3m. The installation for our customer Starret 4 x 4 in Londonderry N I has been completed, the installation of a LCV Raised Floor Booth with LED lighting FADS (fast air drying system) + NRG Plus (energy saving package,) the Raised floor spray booth gives you a full floor extract without the groundwork of a pit. We have 3 height options the standard with an internal height of 2.45m, the Xtra with an internal height of 2.65m and the LCV with an internal height of 3m. The 250mm (300mm for Xtra & LCV) raised floor gives the booth an even airflow throughout, and the plant can be mounted on either side or at the back of the booth, allow an extra 1.5m to overall booth size for the plant. Internal humpback ramp design allows you to save workshop floorspace or external ramp design can be installed if preferred. Day 2 of the installation for our customer Starret 4 x 4 in Londonderry N I, this booth is a LCV Raised Floor with LED'S FADS & NRG PLUS
Our Fast Air Drying System helps speed up water-based paints drying time so that the flash off time is reduced by 50% so that the coats can be applied earlier. F.A.D.S work by drawing warm filtered air from the plenum and disperse through the nozzles operating under the lights to create extra turbulence inside the cabin which helps cure the paint faster between application. F.A.D.S have their own mode which is used between spraying coats, but the fast air can be activated manually on bake by pressing the button on the panel if preferred. Fast air drying system can be an extra for all of our booth in our range,
Our NRG Plus is an energy saving package helps the customers save money in the long run by having a smarter spray booth. With the NRG compressed air is needed as the booth has an air operated ram, this allows the booth to go from spray to bake in a matter of seconds. Also, the control panel can tell if the booth has been left running and can switch it to the energy saving mode which switches the lights off and only runs one fan instead of two. In addition, when the user starts spraying again it returns back to spray and the lights come back on. over time the NRG mode will save you money with its reduced gas and electricity usage. The completed installation of one of our Xtra RearEX booths with P.M.R (paint mixing room) and a paint store, for our customer Shearwater Marine Services Ltd in Dunoon Scotland, Our RearEx Spray booth uses an extraction chest that sits at the rear of the booth (side is also an option) with the side extraction plant Allow an extra 1.5m to overall booth size for the plant. This spray booth is great for units with low height ceilings as the plant sits on top of the extraction chest and sits no higher than the spray booth itself. It is easier to maintain as well because it's all at floor level and is easily accessible.
