Dear Alfa Power Users,

Firstly, we would like to thank you for the continued support. It is very appreciated by all of us here at Alfa Power.

We have listened to your feedback since our app launch a few months and we are happy to tell you that a recent update has taken place.

We have rigorously tested this update, and we can confirm it provides a much smoother, quicker and easier customer experience for initiating a charging session on an EV.

There is no action for you to do on your part other than install the update, assuming it hasn’t automatically, and give it a go!

However, if you do need any added support, our customer service team are always happy to help.

We look forward to hearing more about your experiences with our new app update, and we look forward to giving you more positive Alfa Power updates in the very near future!

We are so excited to show you what we have been working on!

We are on course to reveal to you our awesome new app update over the course of the next few days. Please see below just a few of our added functions to look forward to:

❗️ Supports both registered and guest users; no need to sign up or become a member!
🔋 Launching specific charge points using QR codes and NFC tags.
🚙 More powerful mapping and search tools.
⚡️Multiple payment cards and vehicle storage.
💡Multiple methods of notifications and receipts.

Again, please accept our apologies for any disruption to your charging sessions over the next few days.

Dear Alfa Power Users,

We listened to your feedback. We are excited to announce that we have begun the integration works for contactless payment solutions across our EV charging network.

However, in the coming weeks, this may result in some technical difficulties within our network management system. As a result, you may find that some of the chargers on our network are offline.

Please bear with us. Once we are back up and running, we will be the first to let you know.

In the mean time, those charger that remain online, we have decided to put on free vend for this period to compensate you for any disruption you may encounter. Just plug and charge!
