倫敦Lockdown期間出貨量增長, 為了趕隔日到貨有時候會用Hermes 在無人置物櫃寄貨, 但終於還是遇到包裹寄丟的問題...這個月用Hermes 發了快20件貨就丟了一件
還好£85單價是裡面不算貴的, 但是打客服每次都要花到一兩小時, 還要跟客人解釋, 中間真的是心力交瘁
現在還是加一點錢讓UPS上門取貨, 省了太多麻煩...
發現早上其實還是可以訂到當日的取貨時間喔!
Sharing my recent experience with Hermes:
I have sent almost 20 small/medium parcels through Hermes in last month as they offer me drop-off at 24/7 locker. Also, the next-day service is great. But I just had one parcel fail to deliver which caused me a completed nightmare.
It is a small parcel weighing about 800g and 15*10*10cm dimension. I posted with 3-4 day and the tracking status shows 'In transit' forever.
So the buyer complains which took me ages to calm him down. Then I luckily got them to pick up my phone after 1 hour waiting. They explained the item should be in the hub and they will investigate...blablabla then will get back to me by an email after 24hr. Obviously, no email got back from them so I called them again.
So they advised filling a claim form and they will still investigate at the same time. Now I guess there is no luck with the parcel and hopefully they will compensate for my loss.
