MGC GT - Not an Aston Martin but definitely a British Classic. This 1968 MGC belongs to one of our long standing DB7 customers.

Having been difficult to start for long time, it eventually expired. Once the engine came apart it was clear to see why, with leaking valves in the cylinder head and multiple broken piston rings.

DB7 Fuel pump failure.
After almost 25 years inside the fuel tank it’s no surprise that one of the pumps has finally decided enough is enough !!

Diagnosis was easy enough, the pump on this V12 Volante had failed completely so there was no fuel to one side of the engine.
Not a difficult repair but lots of work to get the tank out.
