First outing with RCG Hires new addition to the fleet! JCB 86c-1! 🪏

Recently we have purchased our first excavator for the fleet, this allowing us to offer new services such as -

Field drainage
Trackways
Arenas
Shed bases
You name it!

Our first job with the machine was removing the spoil from this old retaining wall which had fell down and replacing it with Lego concrete blocks to create a long lasting retaining wall for this customer.

A collection of jobs we have even upto recently!

Tractor work including some field topping and carting bales for a local farmer 🚜

Tidying up verges, keeping the line of sight clear 🦔

Another job we have recently completed is a 20x40m pad, bringing it up to level and erecting a gabion basket retaining wall, plenty of man hours into this job! 🧤

Also creating a base for a private water supply pump house and running all the services to and from. 💦

Keeping ourselves busy here at RCG Hire!!

This month, we have carried out a range of mechanical maintenance and repair works on excavators and agri equipment.

Carrying out excavation works and installing a hardstanding

Our team has been actively engaged in the installation of fencing and loading bay handrails, delivering high-quality results across multiple projects.

In addition, we have been building a gabion retaining wall to stabilise and support the banking.
