Spoiler Alert! Keep your mince pies on the RPNW FB page, something very 'interesting' is due in for treatment. A saloon which was heavily influenced by two Italian supercars in it's design, they still look terrific and very imposing on the road on the very rare occasions you see one. This one is very special, with a 4.5 litre twin turbo Janspeed conversion and 450 bhp on tap. The car was converted back in the 80's by it's first, and until very recently, only owner. It had nearly 200 Bhp more than a Ferrari 308 GTB, and has true supercar performance. You will not see another like this beast, it's the sort of car Darth Vader would drive! The FORCE is strong in this machine!

A Bridge Too Far………Less than 24 hrs ago, this Ducato camper van and its Dutch owner, Richard, were over in Arnhem for the 82nd anniversary of Operation Market Garden. Bravo Richard - a fine effort on your behalf! It is humbling seeing the efforts and lengths that the Dutch people go to honour and remember the sacrifices of the British, Polish and American airborne forces. Arnhem and Ooesterbeek are well worth visiting and the museum dedicated to 1st Airborne Division at the Hartenstein hotel, Brownings HQ during the battle, is superb. I will conclude with the words of Field Marshal Bernard Law Montgomery- “Every Man An Emperor……”

Something decidedly quirky for the weekend! A Suzuki XBEE. This is a first for me, what a clever piece of design this is. Deceptively spacious interior, they ought to have called this, ‘TARDIS,’ - plenty of room for Colin Baker and K9! The visibility is superb- unlike many contemporary vehicles. It oozes character in a similar manner to the Jimny. It even has a sense of humour, with a ‘LEGO,’ label attached on the rear nearside corner! 🤣👍
