🔧 Another job completed! 🔧

This 1.7 CRDi has just had a brand-new timing chain set fitted for one of our new customers. 👌

We also carried out a few other repairs while the vehicle was with us, getting everything sorted and back on the road. 🚗💨

Here’s another finished project for a returning customer.

This classic Ferguson has been an ongoing restoration project. It started with repairing the damaged body panels, followed by a full sandblast to prepare it for paint. It was then resprayed in the original Ferguson Grey, bringing back its classic appearance.

The last stage of the project involved adding a few extras at the customer’s request, including front and rear sidelights, headlights, indicators, and a towing socket. Everything was wired from scratch, with a brand-new wiring loom installed, along with a new dynamo and voltage regulator.
Another fantastic project completed, and it’s great to see this classic Ferguson back on the road looking and performing as it should

Another tow bar install completed, this time on a 2018 Land Rover Discovery Sport — fitted with a fixed tow bar and 13-pin electrics, all supplied and professionally installed. Ready for the summer towing season.

This HB511 came in with a severely rotted side panel due to its age. Upon further investigation and assessment of parts availability, it was found to require a complete new panel and a new jockey door. After supplying and fitting the replacement panel to make it safe for road use, it also received a full service and greasing, along with a thorough internal and external clean.

This Massey 240 was attended for not starting, after investigation it was found to have blocked fuel lines and a build up of sludge in the tank causing fuel starvation and tractor not to start. Fuel lines all clean out and fuel tank removed cleaned and re fitted with a nice new pair of fuel filters. Back up and running to carry out its daily jobs.

Here another job carried out, brand new tow bar fitted with full towing socket wired in ready for the owner to get out in the sun with her horses, this was carried out on site letting this customer carry on with their day.

Carried out a brake reline on this Valtra this week, after stripping the rear axel to check the condition of the brake we found multiple friction discs burnt out so the decision was made to replace all friction plates and counter plates, re sealed, filled with oil and adjusted brakes!!

All carried out on site making the turn around a lot quicker!

This job was carried out on a movano, glow plug light on the dash and it was down to a bad glow plug, when attempting to remove the glow plugs one ended up snapping. In this case it had to be drill out in place and removed, once removed it was then possible to re tap and fit new glow plugs getting this horse box back on the road.
