Science says we should ditch everything and go paddleboarding this weekend.

Being in water is a fantastic way to cool down in this high humidity.

I mean, we all knew that anyway...

But here's why:

Water conducts heat away from your body 25 times faster than air, which means you don't need to sweat and that's super helpful to prevent dehydration.

So.... sorry weekend jobs. You'll have to wait. 🤷

We can't ignore science. It's basically a survival thing... Right?
