1. Inspection & Prep – Raise vehicle, remove wheels, undertrays, arch liners; full check of chassis, sills, floor pans, suspension, fuel/brake lines
2. Deep Clean & Degrease – high-pressure wash + industrial degreaser to strip mud, salt, oil, old flaking coatings
3. Dry Completely – Air + heat drying to eliminate all moisture (critical for adhesion)
4. Rust Treatment – Wire-brush loose scale; apply rust converter/inhibitor to any existing surface corrosion
5. Masking – Protect brakes, discs, exhaust, sensors, rubber parts, and electricals
6. Cavity Injection – Inject wax-based inhibitor into all box sections, sills, chassis rails, and closed members
7. Underseal Application – Even spray of durable polymer/bitumen underseal to underbody, wheel arches, subframes, and exposed metal
