This gorgeous Jensen CV8 needed a replacment passanger floor but we will happily repair Mot fails and cracked exhausts too!

The Chevy left the workshop! The amount of work carried out to this truck is just too much to list.

Chassis lengthened and strengthened
Body mounts fabticated
Wings and doors repaired & modified
Cab floor fabricated
Side steps fabricated

We are certain if would have been easier if any of the parts matched... But we got there in the end and the customer is happy!

There is still a lot of mechanical work to be done but it's a hell of a lot better than when it arrived!

Unfortunately the rust damage on the underside of the roof was so severe that this was the best option!

Also a neat floor repair in the rear seat area.

50s Chevy cab repairs!

Hand formed bulkhead and kick panels welded in, A pillar bottoms replaced.

We have been working hard on this truck over the last few months including a lot of custom work and chassis lengthening. Very time consuming but it's starting to come together!

Chassis leg replacement and boot floor repairs to a local Vitesse.

Fabrication and steelwork to fit a '54 chevy body and '48 cab onto an S10 chassis (more details on this in depth build to come).
