Ford transit bought in for Air bag light on scanned fault to find Air bag module required replacing. Due to crash data permanent fault.

Used ford portal to login to reprogram new module programming kept failing after new module was fitted. Surprisingly I had no communication with the new module. I thought may be it is due to programming issues but that’s was not the case. To my surprise ordering a brand new Air bag module from a Ford dealer I had found out on closer inspection that the packaging had a different number to the one Inside the box.

Another RCM module ordered awaiting for arrival. Fingers crossed we have the correct part supplied this time.

Mercedes 2018 new steering rack fitted required initialising. With the use of of Mercedes’s diagnostic machine and the hand held 3D scanner was not a problem. Programmed coded

Nothing like a Saturday morning break down recovery. Engine stopped whilst driving. Which is one of the reason we offer a free oil level checks. Had the customer checked the oil level his engine could have been avoided from being scrapped. Cost effective was to replace engine with a used one.

Please check level under bonnet before commencing on a long journey.

Local Body shop carried out repairs to a 2018 Mercedes A180. Required Active Brake Assist module programming. As the vehicle had had front impact damage.

With the aid of a Mercedes approved dealer diagnostic machine we were able to carry out the necessary repairs.

Vehicle returned back to the customer under 1 hour.

Audi Q7 loss of power steering. Bought in diagnosed fault to cooler leaking. Commenced on removing bumper and arch liner to gain access.

New part ordered Genuine Audi Part. Fitted and bled up power steering.

Test driven and back on road after steam cleaning old residual of oil.

V.W golf bought in with no gear selection. With the aid of diagnostic machine and information we were able to identify the fault on the vehicle. The gear box mecartolincs DSG control unit was at fault along side the clutch coming to its end of life use.

We removed the mechatronics unit to make sure there were no broken selector inside the gear box. Which was a relief and ok. We had ordered a new unit and had it fitted and programmed to vehicle along side fitting a new clutch unit to the vehicle as well.

We are trained and accredited to carry out all DSG gear boxes to all the VAG group. This customer was back on the road in 2 days.

Should you have any concerns with your DSG gear box bring it down so we could advise you.

BMW bought in with poor performance and hesitant whilst driving.

With the aid of Manufacturers diagnostic machine and information to hand we were able to identify the concern the customer were having.

We had found the injectors were the route cause of the of the undesirable driving pleasure the customer were having.

We had purchased a set of new injectors from BMW dealer and had them replaced along side programming them to the vehicle using BMW Ista program.

Vehicle was returned back to the customer on the same day as the parts were readily available. Minimising g down time and disruption.
