But don't hang around too long—they tend to disappear almost as quickly as they arrive!

It's not the worst problem to have, but when you're building the desirable horseboxes on the market, keeping stock available for more than a week can be a challenge.

The importance of an HPI check

As responsible car and truck dealers, all of our used trucks come with a comprehensive HPI check. This industry-standard check has been used for many years to investigate the history of used cars and trucks.

Separate from the vehicle's service history, this in-depth report will tell you whether the vehicle has ever been written off, stolen, recovered after theft, or had a number plate transfer. It will also reveal whether there is any outstanding finance on the vehicle. Along with a thorough condition inspection, this is one of the most important checks you can carry out.

If a truck has been written off and subsequently repaired, we recommend walking away. You can never be completely certain what damage occurred, who carried out the repairs, or whether the work was completed to an acceptable standard. It simply isn't worth the risk.

Outstanding finance can also create ownership issues, as you may not legally own the truck even after purchase. Although there may be legal grounds to retain a vehicle with outstanding finance, the process can be lengthy, complicated, and costly, potentially leaving you with neither your money nor the truck.

Any reputable dealer should provide a copy of the HPI report they have completed, so make sure you ask for one. It costs the dealer pennies to run a check, and to produce the report, but the peace of mind it provides is invaluable

Any dealer not giving you an HPI report is probably hiding something they would rather you not see, so always, always, ask for one !!

Have You Been Let Down?

Being told your new truck will arrive on a specific date, only for that date to come and go, is never a great experience.

That's why we believe in giving honest, realistic delivery estimates. In fact, we often build in a little extra time to account for any unexpected delays, rather than making promises we can't keep. And, while things can go wrong from time to time with production dates, we believe it should be the exception, rather than the rule.

We also believe you shouldn't have to pay for your new truck months before it arrives. Unlike some dealers, we fund our business with our own company money, not with our customers' money. You only pay us for your truck when it has arrived with us here in the UK.

And when your truck arrives, we register it directly to you as the first owner. We don't pre-register vehicles before sale, which can leave buyers effectively becoming the second owner of what was meant to be a new truck. Registering the vehicle correctly helps protect its future resale value and ensures you receive exactly what you've paid for — a brand-new truck.

Unfortunately, we continue to hear horror stories from customers who have paid another dealer in full, months in advance, only to see their trucks sitting unregistered on driveways for weeks or even months while 'registration issues' are resolved.

When you're investing your hard-earned money, don't settle for anything less than the service you deserve.

Did you know that Kabola recommends servicing its diesel heaters and boilers every year for systems in permanent or continuous use, and every two years for units in seasonal or occasional use (such as those fitted in horse trucks)?

Failing to service your heater can lead to inefficient combustion, reduced performance, increased fuel consumption, and potentially even a complete system failure.

As they say, prevention is better than cure!

It’s Pony Prem Time… 🐴✨

We’re delighted to once again support the fantastic team at Coombelands Equestrian for Pony Prem 2026.

Everything gets underway tomorrow at midday, with the stables opening at 12:00, before classes kick fully into action on Friday.

Alongside some seriously impressive jumping, the team have also lined up some fantastic food and drinks throughout the show.

We’ll have plenty of our STX-UK Team riders competing over the week, and we’re sure they’ll be flying as always.

We’re gearing up for Hickstead…

We only exhibit at two shows a year — both at The All England Jumping Course, Hickstead. It’s right on our doorstep and home to two of the biggest events in the UK equine calendar.

We’ve proudly supported Hickstead for a number of years now. They've always looked after us fabulously well, and they put on one heck of a show for everyone.

As the first event looms, The Al Shira’aa Hickstead Derby, we’re bringing in even more new trucks to meet show demand, (after selling out at last year’s Derby!)

Incoming stock includes, subject to prior sale:

A selection of Single Stallion models in manual and automatic, including Xenon Grey, Volvo Vapour Grey, LR Portofino/Cream, Porsche GT Silver, and a LeMieux Edition in Launch Night Blue.
