This vehicle was recovered to us with the clutch pedal stuck to the floor.

After removing the gearbox, we found the original flywheel had excessive play, causing the concentric slave cylinder to fail and leak, contaminating the clutch.

All genuine replacement parts have been ordered from the dealer and, once fitted, the vehicle will be safely back on the road and ready to return to its owner.

The customer was constantly topping up coolant, but after a quick check we found the real problem – a worn oil filter housing.

During our routine health check, we also spotted a defective tyre with exposed ply cords (not something you want to be driving on 😬). Both issues are being sorted so this car can get back on the road safely and reliably.

This vehicle came to us after issues with a recently replaced clutch — fitted with non-genuine parts by another garage. After a full inspection, we identified a damaged flywheel and replaced the complete clutch kit, flywheel, and gearbox oil using only genuine parts ✅

Bonus find: The previous garage had also damaged the locking wheel nut key, leaving it unserviceable. All sorted now, and the car is back on the road performing as it should! 💪
