• Building strong relationships with customers
• Guiding buyers through the vehicle purchasing journey
• Matching customers with the right vehicle for their needs and budget
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Delivering outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Staying up to date with stock, promotions, and market trends
✅ What We're Looking For:
• Based in or near Harrow
• Minimum 1-2 years' automotive dealership sales experience
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
• Good knowledge of vehicles, finance products, and dealership operations
• Full Uk driving license
