Tip of the week: mini roundabouts πŸ”„ Treat them like a normal roundabout – give way to traffic from your right, signal clearly, and don't cut across the white dot. They catch out lots of learners on test!

πŸ‘‹ Who's in the passenger seat?

πŸŽ“ Chris is a DVSA-approved driving instructor (ADI).
🏎️ He's also a motorsport instructor with ARDS and BARC race licences, runs fleet training and skid pan sessions, and works with car and tyre makers on vehicle launches.

😌 That's a lot of car control know-how, taught calmly and at your pace.

πŸ’¬ Nervous? That's fine. We start where you are. πŸ“ž Call 07726 772774.

πŸ“ Learning to drive in York?

🏁 The York driving test centre is at Monks Cross, just off the A1237 ring road. Expect busy roundabouts πŸ”„, faster dual carriageway πŸ›£οΈ and quiet housing estates 🏑, often all in one test.

βœ… We practise on these roads in lessons, so they feel normal by test day.

πŸš— Automatic lessons across York, Harrogate and Knaresborough. πŸ“ž Call 07726 772774.

🚫 No clutch. 🚫 No gears. 🚫 No stalling.

🧠 Learning in an automatic frees up your head for what matters: mirrors, hazards and road position.

⚑ Our MG S5 is electric and easy to drive, with a higher seat, a 360° camera for parking and a big, clear touchscreen.

ℹ️ Good to know: pass in an automatic and you can drive automatics only (code 78 on your licence). With so many new cars now automatic or electric, that suits lots of drivers.

πŸ’· From Β£45/hour. πŸ“ž Call 07726 772774 or visit driveauto1st.co.uk
