🎄❤️ That’s us closing the doors for Christmas — not because we’re tired of the work, but because we’ve given it everything. ❤️🎄

Today is our last working day before the Christmas break, and this pause is well earned. This year has been full-on — long days, early starts, late finishes, and a constant commitment to doing things properly, not quickly 🔧💪

This vehicle came in with an intermittent sticking clutch pedal — unusual, especially for a cable-operated system. After checking the cable for stiffness and inspecting the pedal operation, we decided further investigation was necessary. This meant removing the gearbox.

Once the gearbox was out, the issue became obvious: the release bearing had completely failed and broken apart, sending fragments around the bell housing — including into the flywheel and clutch plate. Fortunately, the customer acted quickly, preventing the shrapnel from causing serious damage to the gearbox casing.

We carried out a full clutch and release-bearing replacement using high-quality components — unlike the parts previously fitted less than two years ago. At ARC Motor, we use only top-tier parts to ensure reliability and long service life.

💥 Audi A3 Engine Swap at ARC Motors 💥

This Audi A3 arrived after a major engine failure — cylinder 3 conrod made an exit through the back of the engine, destroying both the sump and the engine block.
The cause? A faulty injector on cylinder 3 over-fuelling the cylinder and causing the engine to hydraulically lock.

We carried out a complete engine swap, getting the car back on the road safely and reliably.
