🚐 2019 Vauxhall Combo – Stage 1 Custom Remap + AdBlue Solution 🚀

Customer booked in their 2019 Vauxhall Combo for a Stage 1 custom remap and AdBlue delete.

Unfortunately, the customer purchased the van not knowing it previously had an AdBlue solution. After a dealer recall visit, Vauxhall flashed the ECU — resulting in the dreaded message:
⚠️ “AdBlue – no start possible in 700 miles”

❗ Important reminder:
If your vehicle has had an AdBlue solution, visiting the dealer for ECU software updates will almost always bring the fault back. Something to keep in mind before booking dealer recalls or updates.

🔥 SEAT LEON FR 190 — STAGE 1 TUNED BY JSV PERFORMANCE 🔥

Another VAG weapon in the JSV lab today — the Seat Leon FR 190 BHP in for:

✅ Stage 1 ECU Remap
✅ Pops & OPF Delete
✅ Stage 1 TCU DSG Gearbox Remap

This one came in data logging at 183 BHP stock, slightly under factory figures — so we knew something wasn’t right…

⚠️ The Problem? Under-Boost Issues…

During the Stage 1+ tuning session, the car started showing clear signs of under-boost.

We carried out full data logs and confirmed:
🔍 No boost leaks
🔍 No mechanical faults
🔍 No sensor issues

Diagnosis? A weak turbo actuator / diaphragm.

We’ve tuned plenty of these — and with a healthy actuator, they consistently push 260 BHP on our logs with our stage 1 plus software.
This one wanted to make the numbers… but the actuator simply wasn’t holding boost long enough.

We advised the customer, who chose to replace the actuator at a later date — no problem.

⚡ Final Safe JSV Figures (for now):

🔥 236 BHP
🔥 400 NM Torque

Once this actuator is sorted, we’ll be back to break the 260 BHP barrier — because we know this engine can do it, and we’ve proven it many times before.

Car is back in tomorrow for deeper diagnostics, actuator fix + final power run. Stay tuned…
