What a morning!!
As you're probably aware, driving instructor cars go through a lot of wear and tear. That's why it's so important to keep them regularly serviced, well maintained, cleaned inside and out, and to carry out preventative repairs wherever possible.
Unfortunately, even when you do everything right, sometimes things just go wrong.
Near the end of a lesson this morning, the car's temperature suddenly shot up, followed by a red engine warning light. Thankfully, Caiden stayed calm and handled the situation brilliantly. With a bit of guidance, we managed to get the car safely off the road to assess the problem.
Unfortunately, it turned out to be a serious coolant leak, meaning the car couldn't be driven any further. It's now been recovered to the garage and is awaiting repairs.
I'd like to apologise to everyone who has had lessons affected over the next few days. Thank you all for your patience and understanding,it really is appreciated. Fingers crossed it's a straightforward repair and I'll be back on the road very soon!
