We are now offering vehicle health checks for £80 including a full in-depth report, showing you every aspect of your vehicle that needs attention or may need attention soon.

This is a great way to keep your car healthy in-between mots, and most importantly you can have peace of mind that your car is in still in tip top condition.

Today was the first proper day in the new workshop now we’re all moved in. First job was Rover’s very clean Celica T-Sport. He came all the way from Birmingham to have us check out his Celica and investigate why lift was not working. We got everything sorted for him within 2 hours and he was on his way home in no time!

Overall I was very impressed by the condition of this low mileage Celica, no oil leaks, minimal rust, and completely standard other than an ATI Super Damper. A very clean example which is a testament to its current and previous owners, and I’m sure it has many years of motoring yet to come.

WE’RE IN! 🔥🏁

I’m completely lost for words at the minute. This is such a huge step in my career, and it’s all happened so fast. A week ago, I had no idea what was coming.

Ever since I moved into my first unit over four years ago, I’ve wanted to relocate. At the time, it suited my needs perfectly, but over the years the business has grown from a small repair shop into an international supplier of 2ZZ and Corolla parts.

During that time, I must have viewed around 20 different units and workshops. Some came closer than others, but ultimately they all fell through. The moment I walked through the door of this one, though, I just knew.

I’d like to thank everyone who has ever trusted me to work on their car or asked me to send a random part halfway across the world. Every single one of those decisions has helped get me to this point.

Once everything is moved in and organised, we’ll aim to host a grand opening event. Bring your T-Sport along, have a look around the new workshop, meet fellow owners, and enjoy a proper T-Sport get-together. If you have a nice Corolla, Celica or Yaris T-Sport that you’d like to put on display and you know you’ll definitely be coming, get in touch beforehand. We’ll get you down early so you can park up inside and have your car displayed. Overall we should have space for around 20–30 cars, but keep an eye out for more details.

NEW Secondary Air Pump To Fit Toyota Corolla/Celica 1.8 VVTL-i T-Sport 2ZZ-GE

17600-22030 Corolla 2001-2006
17610-22020 Celica 2001-2006

This secondary air pump is interchangeable between both models.

A common fault between both cars, however slightly more prominent on corollas due to their location behind the front wheel arch liner. Often accompanied by a loud whining noise on cold starts shortly followed by an an EML + P0410. Vast majority of the time the code is caused by a seized pump due to moisture ingress. It is vital for reducing emissions on cold start and improving the overall functioning of the vehicle's exhaust system.

It’s quite common to remove the pump altogether as it removes weight and can increase power if the correct modifications are done to the exhaust manifold, however this is a lengthy task and leaves you with an annoying engine light. Best bet for a road car is to replace the pump and have everything functioning as it should.

*NEW PRODUCT ALERT* 2ZZ-GE

*ULTRA Lightweight Underdrive Alternator & Water Pump Pulleys*

These are a great, easy to fit modification for your 2ZZ which actually help with a number of things.

First things first, they are much lighter than the stock pullies. Made here in the UK, Machined from a single piece of 6082 Aluminium, each pulley is over 100 grams lighter than its oem counterpart. This improves throttle response and reduces parasitic load on the engine meaning… mo powa.

Second point to mention, these are under-Drive pulleys, aka larger overall diameter than OEM. This means the component (alternator/water pump) spins slower, again reducing load on the engine, and improving throttle response, freeing up power where the 2ZZ needs it most.

Not to mention, the 2ZZ can suffer from cavitation in the cooling system at sustained high rpm, with the underdrive pulleys, this is either reduced or eliminated completely.

Overall then, you get:
•Improved Throttle Response
•Less Parasitic Load On Engine
•No Coolant Cavitation/Overheating
•Torque Gain in Low-Mid Range
•Power Gain at High RPM

And all that for £180, absolute no brainer.

What a result!

Last night’s competition was brilliant. We sold out of tickets in record time so we were able to do an early draw at 8pm lastnight. Congratulations to Brandon Watts on his win! He won his shifter for only 2 tickets, a grand total of £20!

Thank you very much to every single one of our buyers, it was great to see the tickets coming in one by one. It was a good bit of fun for the page and definitely something we will do in the future, working our way up the items until we can afford to raffle off a fully kitted out TSS Demo Car.

COMPETITION TIME

Good morning guys, we have got a naughty competition in the works, one of you will be able to win an absolute weapon of a corolla, fully kitted out with more parts than you’ve ever seen on a T-Sport😳🔥But for now, let’s warmup with some smaller items.

These competitions aren’t about making money, ticket numbers and odds are nice and low, they’re about making parts like this more accessible to people who might not be able to afford them outright. It’s also a little bit of fun to help build the page and its community. So with that said, we will be raffling off one of our corolla shifters to one of you lucky people.

35 numbers for £10 each gives great odds and a reasonable ticket cost. There’s no limit on how many tickets you can buy to increase your odds. All ticket numbers will be kept on a database until next Friday 10th April 2026, when we will do a live draw at 9pm. We will then call one of you guys up and tell you the good news. It doesn’t matter if we sell 1 ticket or 35, the draw will still be going ahead regardless. The less tickets get sold, the higher your odds! Great opportunity to get your hands on one of our shifters for an absolute bargain.
