I’m off tomorrow and the weekend for a few birthday celebrations… let’s not mention what age I’m going to be 😂

The weather is finally looking a bit more promising for next week so hopefully I’ll be able to get back out and about catching up on some mobile jobs.

Honestly I feel like I’ve developed Stockholm syndrome being stuck in the unit for so long. But when you run a mobile valeting business in the West of Scotland you learn pretty quickly that the weather doesn’t always play ball! ☔️ 😂

The unit jobs definitely help keep the wheels turning when the Scottish weather has other ideas but I’m ready to get back out on the road and get stuck into some mobile work.

📅 My diary is open for any upcoming work, whether it’s a mobile valet or a job at the unit. If you’re looking to get your car freshened up just drop me a message and we’ll get you booked in.

This little Corsa has undergone quite the transformation before arriving with us! Our customer owns a bodyshop and has built this mega looking Corsa for his son’s 17th birthday.

After all the paintwork and time spent around the bodyshop its final stop before handover was with us to get rid of all the dust and make sure everything was finished off properly ready for the big reveal.

Here’s what we carried out:

✅ Black Label Package – Including a single stage machine polish to refine the paintwork finished off with a ceramic coating
✅ Full interior shampoo and deep clean
✅ Engine bay detail
✅ Supplied and fitted a set of 3D gel number plates

I’ve always had a soft spot for a modified Corsa as some of you might know 😅 so it’s great to see the latest generation still getting the modification treatment.

We’ve had the pleasure of looking after a number of this customer’s cars over the years usually whenever he decides it’s time to treat himself to something new.

This time it was something rather special.
A 2017 Mercedes E350 spec’d to the moon and by all accounts a rare car

On the surface the car presented very well But there’s a difference between a car that looks clean and one that has genuinely been cared for.

Regular valeting doesn’t always mean proper care. The methods, products and processes used along the way all make a difference and over time they become very apparent in the finish.

For us and our customer the standard simply needed to be higher.

We carried out our Black Label package alongside a number of carefully targeted spot treatments to remove some of the heavier imperfections from the paintwork. The finish was then protected with Gyeon ceramic coating and a number of paint touch-ins were carried out to finish things properly.

When it comes to maintenance we’re not interested in dictating how often our customers should see us or telling them how they have to look after their car.

He trusts us to bring it back to the standard he expects and then maintains it between visits. It works perfectly for us.

Whether we see your car once a week, once a month or once a year it really doesn’t matter.

There’s no set schedule. No pressure.

Whenever you feel your car deserves our attention that’s the right time for us.

We had this brand new Volvo XC40 in for our Black Label Package.

We’re seeing more and more businesses offering ceramic coatings and because a car is brand new customers are often told it doesn’t need any remedial work in the form of polishing before the coating is applied.

This is exactly why coatings can fail to perform as they should. Preparation is everything can you imagine sealing all these defects in 🤯

Take a look at some of the marks on this car. Brand new with around 300 miles on the clock by the time it arrived with us.

Our Black Label Package includes a single stage machine polish to remove that factory haze, light defects and marks ensuring the paintwork is properly prepared before the coating is applied.

This Volvo then received an upgrade to our 3 year ceramic coating as always using Gyeon.
