An enjoyable little job this week, flick to see the process.

Butt welding these grilles in was a demanding task. There were several critical things to get right to ensure there's no distortion through the panels.

The car will head to the paint shop soon for the grilles to go body colour.

Have you made any resolutions to finally finish that classic project of yours? If so, get in touch as we'd love to help!

For now, I'll leave you with this homage to the famous Zakspeed Capri, with all new custom space framed front end. Adding stiffness in the places that count without the excess weight and rust traps! Wings are bolt on bolt off rather than permanently welded, with removable inner wings to help spannering 🔧
