Finally got round to replacing the timing chain on our Mercedes Sprinter
It had a bad rattle when starting and during the process we found that the old chain was stretched and the balance shafts were out of timing.
Now it starts up with no rattle, runs smoother and noticeably has more power 💪🏼

Customer had not long bought this vehicle from a dealer with a fresh MOT! It was brought to us for investigation into an engine warning light. This is why you always check your work no matter how confident you are.
