A new customer with one of their 2024 Mercedes Sprinter in for a few defects including a front indicator inoperative.

Excessive corrosion found on headlight main plug , caused by water ingress from a missing cover.
Plug re-pinned and cleaned along with a new cover , saving customer a small fortune on the price of a new headlight unit 🔧🤙🏼🚨💡

2023 Audi A3 picked up on Saturday night with reported non start and various warnings on the dash 🛑

After checking , found no communication with transmission ECU caused by the main fuse blown 💥

After some checks and digging , the gearbox harness was found to be chaffing on the casing , various wiring repairs carried out and vehicle back to full health, starting and driving as should 🤙🏼🔧✅

Engine rebuild complete on this 2.0 transit and it’s ready to hit the road 😮‍💨🤙🏼🔩

Full set of new valves ✅
Cylinder head skimmed and pressure tested ✅
Full wet belt kit and new cam box ✅
Full service carried out ✅
New head gasket and cam followers ✅
ABS issue sorted and also a new wiring harness replaced due to electric windows not working ✅

All work completed using genuine Ford parts as always, thanks to Parts Plus Glasgow for quickly sorting us out with the parts required 👌🏻
